Joseph Simon Donnelly, was born on September 29, 1955 (age 66) in Massapequa, New York. He is a Democrat. Donnelly is married to Jill Donnelly (m. 1979) and has 2 Children. He received his education from the University of Notre Dame (BA, JD).
