This beautiful ancient Gregorian chant "Alleluia. Vidimus stellam eius" is sung on the Epiphany. It speaks of the three Magi seeing the star over where Christ was born in Bethlehem; these Wise Men who came to worship the newborn King and to present him with gifts. The example directly relates to the Gospel of Matthew when he writes about the birth of Jesus Christ.
Lyrics: Alleluia vidimus stellam ejus in Oriente, et venimus cum muneribus adorare Dominum
Translation : We have seen his star in the East, and we have come with our gifts, to worship the Lord.(from Matthew 2)
