 Ciborium was stolen in the primate cathedral of Colombia The Archdiocese of Bogotá, through Father Gonzalo Marín García, parish priest of the Primate Cathedral of Colombia, has issued a statement confirming the theft of a ciborium where the Eucharist is reserved.
 "The Archdiocese of Bogotá is allowed to inform the general public that in recent days a small ciborium where the Eucharist is reserved and is for daily use was stolen from the Holy Eucharist of the Cathedral." The message indicates that it is a liturgical piece of recent manufacture, with a size of approximately 15 cm in height. They also clarify that this piece is not part of a religious or heritage art collection. The fact was reported to the authorities where the respective complaint was made, so that the course of the corresponding investigation can be followed.
