RIP singer Leonard Cohen - remembered by his "Hallelujah" - Viral Video sung by a Priest - Pray for his soul...

Leonard Norman Cohen, was a Jewish Canadian singer, songwriter, poet who died November 7, 2016. He was born on  September 21 1934.  He was part of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He was also a Companion of the Order of Canada. He died on 7 November 2016 at the age of 82 at his home in Los Angeles. Cohen was survived by his two children and two grandchildren.Cohen was interested in Jesus as a universal figure, saying, "I'm very fond of Jesus Christ. He may be the most beautiful guy who walked the face of this earth. Any guy who says 'Blessed are the poor. Blessed are the meek' has got to be a figure of unparalleled generosity and insight..." Cohen had a relationship beginning in the 1970s with  Suzanne Elrod, with whom he had two children: a son, Adam, born in 1972, and a daughter, Lorca born in 1974.
