Head of the Bishops of Poland Asks All Bishops, Priests, Religious and Faithful to Join Pope Francis in the Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary on March 25th


 I appeal to all bishops, priests, people of consecrated life and all the faithful, that on March 25, in all cathedrals and churches in Poland at 17:00, in unity with the Successor of Saint Peter, pray to God, reciting the Act of Dedication of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary - wrote in the Appeal President of the Polish Bishops' Conference, Archbishop Stanisław Gądecki in connection with the request of the Holy Father Francis.

APPEAL
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE POLISH BISHOPS 'CONFERENCE
IN CONNECTION WITH THE REQUEST OF THE HOLY FATHER FRANCIS
In connection with the ongoing military aggression by Russia in Ukraine, on March 25 this year, on the Solemnity of the Annunciation, the Holy Father Francis will make the Act of Dedication of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. At the same time, the Pope asks that pastors and faithful all over the world remain united in prayer at the same time, under the leadership of the Bishop of Rome.
The Church in Poland wants to respond to this papal call, so I appeal to all bishops, priests, people of consecrated life and all the faithful, that on this day in all cathedrals and churches in Poland at At 17:00, in union with the Successor of Saint Peter, pray to God, reciting the Act of Dedication of Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I am also asking you to celebrate the Eucharist that day for peace in Ukraine and the conversion of Russia.
As I entrust to Good God the cause of peace in Ukraine and in the world, I bless you with all my heart, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
