#BreakingNews a Catholic Priest is Shot to Death in Mexico Allegedly by his Brother - RIP Father Juan Angulo Fonseca



In Mexico, the death of the parish priest of Valle de Guadalupe, Father Juan Angulo Fonseca, age 53, this Friday, February 10, has moved the inhabitants of the entire region and the parishioners of the Diocese of San Juan de los Lagos.

On social networks a video has been circulated showing his killing by firearm. Apparently there was a conflict between the brothers over inheritance of land.

The events occurred in a property known as Rancho La Soledad, in the San Francisco de Asís delegation, Atotonilco Municipality.

The Catholic Bishops' Conference of Mexico released a statement of condolences.

Father Juan Angulo Fonseca arrived in Valle de Guadalupe, appointed as Curate of the Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe on March 16, 2017.

He was also a parish priest in the Estación Pedrito and San José del Caliche delegation.

So far there is no official report from the State Attorney's Office.
