The country of Bangladesh and particularly its Catholic citizens are very blessed to be receiving a very holy and dedicated priest to serve them and represent the Vatican. I have known Archbishop-Elect Randall for nearly 40 years and consider him to be my best friend. This is great news for all of Bangladesh. I will pray for him along with all those he is serving in this new ministry.
