How the Catholic Church is the Most Customer-Centric Entity in the World - Insight

The Catholic Church is the most customer-centric entity in the world.
She is one of the oldest and largest institutions in the world.
Her mission is centered around serving the needs and ministering to its members and others in need.
The Church aims to meet the needs of its customers (congregation) by administering sacraments, sacramentals, pastoral care, education, and etc. She focuses on nurturing and serving them in their spiritual journey and overall well-being.
The Church's customer experience is felt in 3 stages below.
1. Pre-birth.
The Church's love and care for unborn children to an extent can be seen in the biblical passage from Jeremiah 1:5, where it is stated that God knew and set apart each individual before birth.
This emphasizes the Church's belief in the sanctity of human life from conception. Just as customer-centric companies prioritize their customers' needs in decision-making processes, the Catholic Church consistently advocates for the protection and dignity of unborn children before any major societal decisions or policies are made.
This commitment reflects the Church's deep concern and proactive standpoint in safeguarding the rights and well-being of all human beings, including those yet to be born.
The church is deeply committed to advocating for unborn children, she is widely recognized as their defender and being proactive by educating, praying, and providing support to expectant mothers and unborn babies as well.
The Church vehemently opposes abortion and certain procedures or actions that may harm the well-being of the fetus, affirming that every human life is sacred even before birth.
The church has a profound bond with unborn babies, this care and concern are reflected in one of the Church's prayers for unborn babies, where she asks God to help mothers recognize that the child they carry is made in His image and theirs, destined for eternal life.
Despite the widespread occurrence of abortions, most times with tragic consequences for the mothers; the Church responds with prayer and continues to preach against abortion as much as she can.
Concerning the eternity of aborted babies, the Church entrusts them to the mercy of God (CCC 1261).
To be continued, the next is the second stage (post birth).
