Greeted at the entrance to the Monastery, the Pontiff proceeded to the chapel, where he paused in prayer with the nuns. Afterward, in the chapter room, Pope Leo spoke with them, greeting each Poor Clare and saying a few words: "It is beautiful that the Church knows your life," because it is a precious testimony.
Finally, before reciting the Lord's Prayer together and saying goodbye, Pope Leo XIV donated a chalice and paten to the Monastery for the Mass and received an icon of the Face of Jesus as a gift.
