BREAKING Bishop Reveals that Charlie Kirk said that He was Close to Converting to the Catholic Faith

Bishop Joseph Brennan of Fresno revealed to his brother Robert Brennan, in a post for the Archdiocese of California's Angelus news, that Charlie Kirk, before his death mentioned he was about to convert to the Catholic faith.
See the 7:03 Mark on the Video Below:

Brennan wrote : A little more than a week before his murder, Kirk attended a pro-life prayer breakfast in Visalia, California, which is in the Diocese of Fresno. The bishop was among those in attendance and had a brief, private moment with Kirk.
It was there that Kirk told the bishop about his Catholic wife and children and how he attended Mass with them. He punctuated this conversation with “I love my Catholic pastor.”
On a recent video Kirk made suggesting to his Protestant co-religionists that they did not give the Blessed Mother her due.  He even suggested her example was a Christian template applicable across other denominations.
As they were parting to attend the more public portion of the prayer breakfast, Kirk mentioned speculation regarding his contemplating entering the Catholic Church, saying: "I'm this close."
How fitting that one of Charlie Kirk’s last videos was about the importance of Mary.

His public racist comments are no secret. Do some just look the other way for reasons unknown? Or do they perhaps dabble in such thinking?
