Wow Pope Leo XIV Gets Behind the Wheel of Ferrari's New EV Car Worth $640,000 USD



Pope Leo XIV was presented with the new Ferrari Luce, the Italian carmaker’s first all-electric model, during a meeting with a Ferrari delegation at the papal residence in Castel Gandolfo. The car is valued at $640, 000 USD.

The Luce is Ferrari's first fully electric four-door five-seater grand tourer, developed over five years, delivering over 1,040 hp, 0-60 mph in 2.5 seconds, and around 280 miles range, but weighing nearly 5,000 pounds with synthetic engine sounds.
The delegation was led by Ferrari Chairman John Elkann and CEO Benedetto Vigna, alongside company executives and engineers
As a symbolic gift, Elkann presented the Pontiff with the steering wheel of the new model.
