Here is the Release from the Parish's Official Facebook page:

On behalf of Fr. Joseph, I want to make everyone aware that we had a break in at church sometime between the end of noon mass on Monday and when Fr. Joseph arrived for mass at 8:40 this morning.  The actions by unknown people have resulted in damage to several areas of the church.  More significant is that the tabernacle, the Holy Eucharist, and all of the sacred vessels (chalices and ciborium) were stolen.  The act of stealing the tabernacle is an act of desecration of the church and the Holy Eucharist.

At the present time we have a restoration company working to get up water in the Charlie Bright Center.  This water is due to the theft of copper leading to all of the air conditioning units, the hot water heater, the sprinkler system, and the furnace.  It is safe to say that all copper piping has been stolen.  The thieves also stole all of the surveillance cameras and they destroyed the cameras used to livestream our masses.  They also have taken the board for our sound system.  We are still in the process of assessing the damage and determining what else might have been taken or destroyed.

We are working with the Archdiocese of Denver, a restoration company, the Denver Police Department and many others to get everything addressed.  We are currently trying to get everything back in place as quickly as possible so that we can have mass this weekend.  Due to the theft of the copper we currently do not have running water nor will be able to utilize our air conditioning system.  The theft of our sound system board means that we do not have an operable sound system. The restoration company will ensure that we do not have any issues with mold.

We are aware that there are many members of our parish who do not have access to this listserv, to flocknote or to Facebook.  Because of that we ask that you let other members of the community know what has happened.  We will continue to keep you posted on our progress and what is happening in terms of weekend masses.

We are praying for the return of the Holy Eucharist.  We will have a prayer of Exorcism later today for the evil that has been done within our church.  Please pray for those who would even think about committing such a horrible act upon any church.

We pray for God's blessings on our community.

Deacon Clarence
