RIP 148 Killed at University in Kenya by Extremists - Please PRAY

148 people were killed in Kenya on Thursday during an Al-Shabab attack on Garissa university campus.  142 students, three police officers and three soldiers were among the victims. The gunmen first went to the lecture hall where Christian students were gathered for morning prayer. President Uhuru Kenyatta said Al-Shabab also perpetrated the Westgate Mall massacre in Nairobi in 2013 in which 67 people died, Masked attackers came at dawn on Thursday, shooting and shouting "we are al-Shabab".  500 survivors escaped and they are undergoing counselling. Some students were attacked in their classrooms while preparing for exams. Gunmen were then isolated in the female dormitories by Kenyan security forces. Four of them died when their suicide vests detonated. A fifth gunman was arrested. Al-Shabab, is linked to al-Qaeda.  The Kenyan government has offered a reward of $53,000 for - Al-Shabab leader Mohamed Kuno, a former Kenyan schoolteacher, thought to be in Somalia.  Al-Shabab means "The Youth" in Arabic. It emerged as the radical youth wing of Somalia's  Union of Islamic Courts.It is banned as a terrorist group by the US and the UK and has between 7,000 and 9,000 fighters.
