Wow Catholic Church offers Outdoor Parking Lot Mass while Parishioners Pray in their Cars due to COVID-19

St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Sunman, Indiana held their 1st Parking Lot Mass and it was a success! The priest Fr. Shaun offered Mass in a small trailor on the parish hill while the parishioners prayed in their cars. According to their Facebook Page they had positive feedback!

They thanked their Parish priest Fr. Shaun Whittington for coming up with an innovative solution so that we are able to attend Mass and receive Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament while also being compliant to the COVID-19 safeguard directives. They also had many wonderful people who helped carry it out. The readings will be printed in the bulletin next weekend.
