#BreakingNews Former Cathedral of Pope Francis as Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Argentina Vandalized with Graffiti by Extremist Demonstrators

On August 27, 2021, the former episcopal church of Pope Francis was threatened with arson and  slogans were smeared on the cathedral of Buenos Aires in Argentina. Some of the graffiti said: "Only a church that burns really shines"; "Fire the Churches".  The cathedral of the Archdiocese of Buenos Aires was the target of vandalism by left-wing extremist demonstrators last Friday. This was on the former archbishop's cathedral of the current Pope Francis (Jorge Mario Bergoglio SJ was Archbishop of Buenos Aires from 1998 until his election as Pope in 2013). Other threatening slogans were smeared, for example: “I don't read the Bible, I smoke it”.
